Medicine Online. It is being officially published by Equinox Press
in October, 1997. The publication date of the book is October 15, 1997,
and is being celebrated by a booksigning and discussion at the new Barnes
& Noble store on Seventh Avenue, Park Slope, Brooklyn. Hope to see
